I know, I know...it's been too long!
How on earth did that happen?
Oh, I know, I discovered facebook and have been totally engrossed in finding old friends and relatives! I get on it - start looking for people or reading their pages and an hour as passed by.
Ok...here's a little update on what's been going on:
I am still at First Federal (8 years), but I am now downtown in the Customer Support Center. I love it and I'm close to home. I don't miss those goofy schedules changing constantly, I don't miss counting that nasty money...I don't miss balancing...well, you get the idea.
Webber is still at Wal-Mart - nothing new there. He will work on the Greenville I.S.D. Band and Flash Floor Show again this next month. This makes 32 years that he's worked for them on this. It's a lot of hard work and late nights for 8 days - but he loves it and that's what matters.
Larry is now working at Children's Medical Center in Dallas. He LOVES it. It's a very positive working environment and good benefits. It is a longer drive for him, but he doesn't mind it. (He comes to visit once a month or so - not enough for his Mommy!)
Lucy, our chiweenigie (cute as a button and WILD) and Ricky the cat are both in the house and keep me entertained. They run and wrestle with each other like kids.
Oreo, my grand-dog, had puppies in October.....5 of them! We gave 3 away at Christmas. So, Fred and Ethel are with us - but if anyone needs a good guard dog - they are available for employment!

Destiny & Amy's B'day Cook-out
Dogs & Cats Sleeping Together!
I'd like to introduce the newest member of our family....this is RICKY. He's 6 weeks old and I can NOT get a picture of him by himself because he and Lucy are best buds.
We've had Miss Lucy for about 2 months now...it was time for a "friend". So, we got Ricky this past Thursday. Didn't know how they'd get along...but as you can see they get along just fine!

LARRY GOES SKYDIVING!
This past Saturday, Larry went for his first skydive! He's wanted to do this since he was a little boy, so to check it off his "list" we were off to Skydive Dallas in Whitewright....WAY out in the country. It was so calm watching the jumpers coming down from the beautiful blue sky. You can go to their website here: http://skydivedallas.com/ It was the most incredible, awesome, serene, nerve-wracking, fun time! WOW...did that take care of all the emotions that his Mom went through? I'm ready to do it now!
Me and my "baby" before he jumped.
Larry, his Dad (Steve), and his sweet girlfriend Jill. In this picture, we are in the training class with him. I thought that was pretty cool that they let us go in for that also. (It was also pretty funny too!)
Speaking of pretty funny....Steve decided to do his Three Stooges football impression.
Larry with Steve's sister, Karen and her daughter Kristie
And Larry with his friend Susan. She came all the way from Blossom to watch!
Yep....he's gonna jump from all the way UP there.
Have they jumped yet????
You can tell by Larry's facial expression in this picture that he is having the time of his life.
Right before they landed.
Right after they did a stand-up landing....absolutely perfect! Larry and DJ landed right on the mark and flat-footed! No "sliding" in for these 2! It looked as though they stepped out of the air.
DJ gave Larry his report on the jump! WoooHOOOO!
